3. Product and service information
The product name, characteristics, subscription term, quantity, unit price, taxes, total, payment method, activation arrangements and any additional charges are stated in the order review and billing documents. Services may include code signing certificates, security certificates, software solutions and associated digital services. Commercial details are shown before the order is placed.
4. Formation of the agreement
The buyer confirms that the pre-contract information and this agreement have been read and accepted electronically. The agreement is formed upon electronic acceptance. Successful fulfilment depends on the seller's technical and commercial processing of the order.
5. Price and payment
The total and applicable taxes are shown in the order review. Any additional service, activation or third-party verification charges must be stated separately. Payments use the methods provided by the system, including PaynKolay. The seller may suspend or cancel an order following a failed payment, chargeback, cancellation or payment provider refund.
6. Delivery and performance
Services may be delivered through digital activation, online access, workspace provisioning, licences, certificate applications and verification. Delivery timing depends on payment confirmation, complete documents, domain, company or identity validation, technical requirements and third-party approval. The buyer must supply accurate and complete information promptly. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late documents.
7. Buyer's obligations
The buyer must supply current information, review technical requirements, follow certificate authority verification procedures, accept responsibility for their own technical and operational systems, and use the services lawfully without infringing third-party rights.
8. Seller's obligations
The seller will perform the ordered service within applicable law and technical capabilities. Additional documents may be requested for security, verification, suspected fraud, technical incompatibility or legal risk. Responsibility for delays or rejection involving certificate authorities or technical partners depends on the seller's fault. Orders may undergo security review.
9. Right of withdrawal
A buyer acting as a consumer generally has a fourteen-day right of withdrawal without stating a reason or paying a penalty. Exceptions may apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to immediately performed electronic services, immediately delivered intangible goods, services started with the buyer's consent and personalized or allocated digital security products. Activation, certificate application or verification processes may affect withdrawal rights. Where the buyer explicitly requests performance before the withdrawal period ends, the buyer acknowledges that withdrawal rights may be lost where legally applicable. Withdrawal requires a clear notice within the applicable period, sent to the seller or through the contact form.
10. Exceptions to withdrawal
Subject to applicable law, exceptions may cover services started with the buyer's approval, immediately supplied digital content, personalized or activated products, certificate applications with verification started or completed, and products that cannot technically be returned or whose return would create a security risk. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
11. Cancellation and refunds
Requests are assessed according to the product, performance and activation stage, third-party processes and applicable law. An unprocessed order may be cancelled and refunded after technical and financial checks. A refund may be unavailable for activated, produced, submitted, made available or digitally delivered services where permitted by law. Approved refunds use the original payment method within legal time limits.
12. Liability
The seller is not liable, to the extent not at fault, for disruption caused by force majeure, internet outages, cyberattacks, infrastructure, hosting, official procedures, certificate authorities or other third-party providers. The seller is not responsible for consequences of inaccurate declarations, missing documents, incomplete validation, unmet system requirements or use contrary to instructions. The original agreement limits total liability to the amount collected for the disputed order, subject to mandatory applicable law.
13. Intellectual property
Rights in the software, workspace, infrastructure, design, content and documentation belong to the seller or their respective owners. Services may be used only lawfully and in accordance with the agreement.
14. Personal data
Personal data are processed, retained and protected under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and applicable law. Details appear in the privacy policy and relevant notices.
15. Evidence
The parties acknowledge commercial books, electronic records, logs, correspondence, orders, payments and electronic archives as evidence under the applicable civil procedure rules.
16. Disputes
Under the original agreement, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the buyer's residence or transaction location have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. Mandatory rights applicable to the buyer remain unaffected.
17. Entry into force
By electronically approving the agreement and completing an order, the buyer declares that these provisions have been read, understood and accepted. The agreement takes effect on electronic acceptance.
