Service scope
We provide code signing certificates and associated application, publisher validation and setup support. Product compatibility, applicant eligibility and certificate authority requirements apply.
Applicant responsibilities
Provide accurate identity, company and contact information and complete the selected provider's required verification. Protect signing keys and use certificates lawfully.
Orders and delivery
Prices, taxes, subscription terms and the exact payment amount are reviewed at checkout. Delivery depends on payment and provider validation. A subscription term may differ from an individual certificate's validity and may require reissuance. A certificate does not guarantee that all operating system or browser warnings disappear.
Support, cancellation and privacy
Use the customer workspace or contact form for support, cancellation and refund requests. The Distance Sales Agreement governs applicable cancellation, refund, liability and dispute provisions. The privacy policy describes personal data handling.
